Kettle Corn

1/2 cup popcorn kernels
3 T sugar
3 T oil (vegetable, canola, or coconut)
Salt to taste
HHeat oil in a large stock pot over medium to medium high heat. Add sugar and stir Until it begins to dissolve. Add kernels and stir continuously until it starts to pop. Cover with a lid and shake the pan as the popcorn pops. Once it is finished popping pour immediately into a bowl. Salt to taste and enjoy!
